The first stage is to undertake a consultation – this enables me to get to know you a little better (as a client) and to understand what it is you require.
There are a number of aspects which need to be taken into account when recommending a solution – whether it is just a ‘one off’ course of treatment or a more
holistic approach. However, what is most important is to ensure you are happy with the treatment being proposed and expectations are clearly explained.
In both situations' case I like to keep in touch with clients without becoming a nuisance just to ensure
everything is satisfactory and you have been pleased with your experience.
Periodically I send out newsletters to keep clients informed about new
treatments or important developments within the business.
If your skin is not in particularly good condition I will generally suggest addressing this before undergoing a course of treatment. The reason for this is to ensure the foundation for the treatment is well prepared before investing time, effort and money in any “structural” change. In general each client will have a different agenda – my role is to ensure that all the relevant factors are taken into account in producing the desired result in the most cost effective way.
